Leadership Promotions

Please join us in congratulating Cassandra McDonald on her promotion to Director of Child Welfare Services, along with Krupa Patel, Brandie Powell, and Jamar Brown on their promotion to Regional Coordinators (RC).

Each of these leaders has demonstrated a strong commitment to supporting families, maintaining high standards of service, and contributing to meaningful outcomes for children. Their leadership, consistency, and dedication have made a lasting impact, and we are proud to see them step into these expanded roles.

As Director, Cassandra will provide leadership, guidance, and oversight to support continued growth while ensuring the quality and integrity of services remain strong. In their roles as Regional Coordinators, Krupa, Brandie, and Jamar will support staff, oversee service delivery, and strengthen relationships within the communities we serve.

As part of our continued growth, Rraine has officially partnered with Cassandra McDonald and Doug McDonald, who now serve as part owners. Their leadership and investment further strengthen our organization as we continue to expand and enhance our services.

What’s Ahead

We are entering an exciting phase of development focused on strengthening our structure, supporting staff, and expanding our reach:

• Expansion into Madison, Shelby, and Hendricks counties is currently underway, with active hiring and referral bonuses available for qualified candidates.

• Office locations will be established within these counties to improve accessibility, support staff, and enhance service delivery within local communities.

• Leadership growth opportunities will continue to expand, including future roles such as Supervisor and Branch Manager for those preparing to step into leadership.
